I’ve always been an active person, playing rugby from a young age and using running in the off-season to stay fit. But, long-distance running did not come naturally. I still remember my first attempt at a 10-mile run... it ended with me calling my dad for a rescue mission after going out way too fast. I thought, I can run 5 miles at this pace, so 10 should be fine. Oh, how wrong I was!

Like many others, I turned to running during the pandemic when rugby was put on hold. With no real structure—just running as fast as I could for as long as I could—I somehow managed a 5K PB and even completed my first half marathon.

At 25, I officially hung up my rugby boots, and that's when my real running journey began. A friend suggested signing up for a marathon, and I thought, why not? That decision changed everything. With every new distance, I found myself chasing the next challenge, pushing my limits. Since that first marathon, I’ve smashed PBs in the 5K and half marathon, tackled two 50K ultras, and am now training for my first 100K ultra!

As a lung and exercise physiologist, I became fascinated with how our bodies respond to training and how we can adapt, no matter our lifestyle, to become stronger runners (and people). That passion now fuels my coaching philosophy: running should add value to your life, not take away from it.

Everyone’s journey is unique—different goals, different challenges, different lives. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. Whether you’re lacing up for your first 5K or setting your sights on 100 miles, I’m here to help you train smarter, run stronger, and enjoy the process.

Let’s go further, faster—together! 🚀🏃‍♂️
